2. Service Description

TableAdda provides a digital menu platform and physical QR stands for restaurants and malls. The service is provided "as is" and "as available".

3. Partner Obligations

Restaurant partners are responsible for the accuracy of their menu content, including pricing and dietary information.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, designs, and hardware provided by TableAdda remain the property of Pilot Media (TableAdda's parent company).

5. Termination

TableAdda reserves the right to suspend or terminate services at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Dhanbad, Jharkhand.
